Marina Gaensly Blattner is based in London and provides strategic legal advice to clients in São Paulo and abroad. With 25 years of experience in corporate law, Marina works across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, construction, oil and gas, retail, and carbon markets. In addition to leading the defense of companies and investors, both domestic and international, in various arbitrations and judicial litigation, Marina provides clients with strategic advice for the prevention and resolution of conflicts in complex operations, such as corporate reorganizations, control sales and acquisitions, bankruptcies, and debt restructurings.

Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), LL.M from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE).

Memberships: Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo sections. Member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Brazil and UK Branches.
