Patrícia Iglecias is a partner at Wald, Antunes, Vita e Blattner Advogados, and holds a master’s degree, doctorate and professorship in Law from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
A specialist in civil and environmental law, Iglecias was Secretary of the Environment for the State of São Paulo and the first woman to chair CETESB – Companhia Ambiental do Estado de São Paulo.
She is the current Superintendent of Environmental Management at USP and served as a member of the Environment Commission and as president of the Solid Waste Commission at the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP), as well as member of the Sustainability Council at Fecomércio and on the National Council for the Environment (Conama).
Among her personal recognitions are the “Destaque Sustentabilidade – WOCA”, celebrating her career in environmental management and her work in the UN Global Compact Cities program, GCSM (Global Council of Sales Marketing); in Brazil, and the San Tiago Dantas Medal, in the jurist category, for her efforts in environmental sustainability.
