Riccardo Giuliano Figueira Torre is a partner at Wald, Antunes, Vita e Blattner Advogados, has a master’s degree and is a doctoral student in Civil Procedural Law from São Paulo State University (USP) and an LLM in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration from the NYU School of Law; Arthur T. Vanderbilt Scholar.
Torre is director and secretary-general of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in Brazil, and secretary-general of the Special Commission for Foreign Law Consultants of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). He was secretary of the Special Foreign Law Consultants’ Committee of the São Paulo Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB-SP) and is the author of various articles and commentaries on Arbitration in legal publications in Brazil and abroad.
