Arnoldo Wald Filho

Arnoldo Wald Filho is a founding partner of Wald, Antunes, Vita e Blattner Advogados. He served as a Federal Councilor of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) from 2010 to 2019, during which time he chaired its Special Committee on Mediation and Conciliation.

He is active in several of Brazil's leading arbitration and mediation institutions. He chairs the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in Brazil and is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He also serves on the panels of arbitrators of the Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP) and of the Mediation and Arbitration Chamber of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

He is a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo – IASP), the Brazilian Bar Institute (Instituto dos Advogados Brasileiros – IAB) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Brazil (Amcham). Since 2022, he has served on the Fiscal Council of Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein, and since 2023 on the Legal Affairs Thematic Council of the National Confederation of Industry (CNI).

He is Honorary Consul of the Principality of Monaco in Brazil and President of the Latin American Representation of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
