Rodrigo Bracet Miragaya

Rodrigo Bracet Miragaya holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ and a master's degree and PhD in State Law from the University of São Paulo – USP. He was a visiting researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) (2015-2016) and has been a Municipal Attorney for the City of São Paulo since 2006, where he was part of the Concessions and Partnerships Monitoring Unit of the PGM-SP.
