Mediation

We work in mediation of complex cases, public or private, acting as mediators or attorneys.

Drawing on international experience and anticipating the positive results of the regulation of this institute in the country, we trained 80% of our team. This allowed us to act as pioneers and with efficiency, successfully using the tool to reach settlements that avoid new claims or bring ongoing claims to a close.

Always focused on a strategic approach, we also use mediation as a solution for mass disputes with significant economic impact, such as, for example, disputes between creditors and debtors in corporate reorganization proceedings.

Arnoldo Wald Filho currently chairs the Mediation Committee of the Federal Council of the OAB, and Marina Gaensly Blattner held, until 2018, the chair of the Mediation Committee of the OAB/SP.
